| Bio: | The daughter and youngest child of Elrond and CelebrÃan, born in the third century of the Third Age. Arwen lived most of her youth - and in fact, most of her life - between her father's house in Rivendell and her mother's people, in Lorien. One of these trips to Lorien, when she was many thousand years old, she met Aragorn. It was probably love at first sight, and she looked at no one else afterwards. Arwen gave up a great deal to marry Aragorn. She moved away from the homes she was so familiar with to live with her husband, and gave up her Immortality for him. Now that the remains of her family has sailed west, she is very nearly alone. Undomiel, the evenstar of her people, she is beautiful as expected - the likeness of Luthien, they say, with whom she shares a fate. Graceful, elegant, diplomatic, and with the type of voice that is soft but mildly authoritative. However, Arwen isn't merely some ethereal elven princess - she is very real, like anyone else. She has wants, desires, needs that go unmet. She has feelings, not all of them charitable. She has worries, and cares, and faults, and insecurities. Perhaps her greatest work as Queen of Gondor is keeping people from seeing all of this - merely what exists on the outside.
